I got denied, but the reason they gave was so vague that I still don’t know what I did wrong. Like, how is this okay? If something needs to be fixed, just tell me clearly so I know what to do next time...

The dashboard has been easy to figure out, no headaches "so far."

I had some kind of issue with my account and thought it was going to drag on for days. Support replied quickly and actually explained what was happening, which I appreciated. I’m guessing it was probably some simple backend glitch or something, but either way they fixed it without making me go back and forth a million times. Happy with how it turned out.

I was expecting a quicker response from support, so the wait was a little frustrating at first. That said, once they got back to me, they were able to help sort things out, so it ended up being okay overall.

I got approved way faster than I expected, which was nice, but it was so quick I was a little suspicious at first. Still, everything seems fine so far, so thanks.

I used Figure mostly on my phone, i was pleasantly surprised. The pages loaded quickly, and uploading my documents was way easier than I thought it would be, which was a huge relief. A couple of screens did feel a bit cramped, and I had to re-enter some info once, which was definitely frustrating. But overall, the mobile experience was simple and painless enough that I got through everything without ever needing to grab my laptop.

I’m sure the site could use some smoothing out. Pages were taking a while to load, and on my phone the forms kept shifting around while I was trying to fill them in. Not a huge disaster, but it definitely made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it should.

and I ended up trying Figure because the promo looked like a solid deal. To be fair, the numbers were mostly in line with what they showed upfront, so I do give them credit for not being way off.
The only downside was that a few details, like the timing and final terms, didn’t feel totally clear until later in the process. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I wish the promo info had been a little more exact from the beginning. Three stars feels about right.

i used Figure and the e-signing part was really simple. the docs loaded without any issues, it showed me exactly where to sign, and i didn’t have to print or scan anything. it took way less time than i thought it would. i did double-check a couple spots just to be safe, but overall everything went smoothly. it was nice being able to get it done from home.

I used Figure and, to their credit, the fees were mostly laid out before I went forward. I didn’t get hit with some random surprise at the end, which was nice. That said, I still had to poke around a bit to figure out a few details, so I wouldn’t call it totally seamless. Overall though, it felt fair.

I used Figure for a HELOC and, for the most part, everything went smoothly. The appraisal stuff was mostly clear, but I’ll admit I was a little confused at first about exactly which photos they wanted and how detailed my answers needed to be for the house questions.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the review took longer than I thought it would, and I wasn’t totally sure what was happening during that stretch. Support did get back to me, though, and once that part was done, closing was really simple.

I was really happy with my experience with Figure, mainly because they kept me in the loop the whole way through. Anytime something changed, I got an update, and I never felt like I had to keep following up just to know what was going on.

A couple of the messages were simple, but they still gave me the info I needed. Overall, everything was easy to follow, and that made the whole process feel a lot less stressful

The loan terms mostly made sense to me, but I did have one question along the way. I can’t remember if I asked it before or after reviewing everything, so the timing’s a little fuzzy, but overall it was clear

I uploaded my pay stubs and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but it got verified quickly. It was one of those things I expected to be a hassle, and then it just kind of went through without much drama, which was nice.

I went with Figure because I was under the impression the draw process would be simple. Getting approved was fine enough, I guess, but once I actually looked at the draw options, they felt more limited than I thought they’d be.

The repayment side is where it started to bother me more. It seems like there really isn’t much wiggle room if your month doesn’t go as planned, and changing payment details wasn’t as straightforward as I expected.

Customer support did respond, to be fair, but it mostly felt like they were just restating the policy. It technically works, but I’m fairly sure I wouldn’t describe it as flexible. 2 stars from me.

I was a little worried about the credit check, but it ended up being no big deal at all. I kept checking for any tiny change or alert afterward, and there was no hit to my credit

Closing was really smooth overall, just had to wait around a bit here and there. Nothing too bad, but it did feel like it dragged on at times...

I tried signing up for Figure, but the ID verification kept failing and I couldn’t figure out why. I reached out to support and expected a faster response, so waiting around made the whole thing even more frustrating. It did eventually get sorted out, but the process was a lot more annoying than I expected...

I looked up my house on Figure the value was pretty much in line with what my realtor told me later. It was maybe a little off, but still way closer than the other sites I checked. The loan numbers was a lot easier to trust after that. 5 stars from me.

The service was alright, I guess. Nothing terrible, but it did feel kind of slow, it could’ve been a little better.
